AMMONITE is a 24,86-meter luxury sailing yacht launched in 2016 by the renowned Southern Wind shipyard. The third hull of Southern Wind’s 82ft mini-series, AMMONITE, was inspired by her Australian owner’s passion for sailing. SW82#03 is in Raised Saloon version. The style and design of the interior are contemporary, warm and comfortable with uncluttered lines and textured natural finishes and colours.
DESTINATIONS
AMMONITE has her base port in Imperia, Italy and she is available for charter in the French and Italian Rivieras. ACCOMMODATION & DECK AREAS
AMMONITE´s interior layout can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests overnight in 3 lavish staterooms, including a Master Suite, a VIP stateroom and a Twin one, all with ensuite facilities. AMMONITE’s interior is modern, contemporary yet welcoming and practical. Clear lines with textured natural finishes and colours dominate the space. The “casual lounge” open space saloon has two coffee tables, one that flips open to reveal a custom made wooden Scrabble table. Bleached oak furniture is trimmed with wengè inserts and carbon fibre, chocolate leather is set off by polished stainless steel. AMMONITE’s exterior has been extensively customized to make the yacht enjoyable both in light breezes and heavier weather conditions. PERFORMANCE
Built with GRP hull and superstructure to RINA classification society rules and powered by two Steyr SE 196 E55 OF 190hp each, AMMONITE has a cruising speed of 9 knots and can reach a maximum speed of 11 knots. AMMONITE is the perfect expression of both sensational performance and comfortable and safe family cruising.
